A non-refundable deposit paid to secure gender of choice.

Purchase Price

The full purchase price is agreed with the balance due in full upon 24 hours prior to Buyer’s pickup of the puppy/dog (unless arrangements have been made to pay in person the day of pickup).

All payments due under this Agreement shall be made in US Dollars and paid to CMR. Payments are acceptable through Pay Pal, Venmo, Zelle, or cash (In Person Only).

Limited Registration
-
The puppy/dog is a purebred Labrador Retriever, registrable with AKC and registered with UKC and is being sold with limited AKC registration.

Limited Registration can be lifted if the following is completed and provided to CMR.

Required health clearances completed (PRA, CNM, EIC) and paperwork provided to CMR
-
OFA Hips/Elbow/Eyes
-
Some level of title either in the AKC or UKC
-

Registration by Buyer
-
Buyer MUST register the puppy/dog with the AKC and UKC within 1 year and provide proof of registration to CMR.

Unauthorized Breeding with Limited Registration
-
The puppy/dog is being sold solely as a companion and breeding of the puppy/dog is expressly prohibited. If at any time the puppy/dog has produced any offspring prior to Limited Registration being lifted, Buyer must return the puppy/dog to CMR immediately.

While puppy/dog has limited registration, the puppy/dog shall not be bred at any time and if pups are produced, such offspring will not be eligible for AKC registration.​

If chosen to obtain required health clearances and OFA clearances, at the time the limited registration is lifted and full registration is warranted, dog will then be allowed to breed.

Short-Term Health Warranty
-
72 hours. Buyer, at its own expense, must have the puppy/dog examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours. **Remember to schedule your vet appointment early enough to be within this window.

Long-Term Health Warranty
-
Breeder provides a 26 month health guarantee on hips and elbows. Radiographs & OFA submission must be submitted by 26 months.

Restrictions on Transfer

If, at any time, Buyer is unable to keep or care for the puppy/dog (including upon Buyer’s death or incapacity), at CMR’s sole election, the puppy shall be returned to CMR and Buyer should prepare to transfer all registration paperwork back to CMR

At no time should the puppy/dog be resold or rehomed by Buyer without notifying CMR first and obtaining prior written approval.

Ongoing Communications​

Buyer should provide CMR with real time contact information and provide updates if anything has changed including health and location information.

Remedy for Mistreatment
-
If CMR feels the puppy/dog is not getting proper care and treatment, CMR has the right to have the puppy/dog examined by a licensed veterinarian. If such veterinarian finds the puppy/dog to be a victim of ill-treatment, abuse or neglect,
-
CMR has the right to take full possession of the puppy/dog and its duly signed AKC and UKC Registry transfer papers/registration.
